On February of 2008 I moved with my three Children,15 years old Hannah Shabaan , 12 years Suzanne Shabaan, and 11 years Suemaya Shabaan, to Archstone (Placentia Place) Apartments Complex at 310 S Jefferson Street Apt 14d i signed one year Lease Contract, due to less than perfect i had to pay 2 months Security Deposit the rent was $1420
Jane King was the Archstone Lease Representative, she was very nice and Curtis, at time i was given the lease portfolio including a brochure indicated that one of the intensives of renting with Archstone, that the tenet would be able to move within of Archstone Apartments without terminate the lease contract. As a result of Retaliation by Fairway Ford for filing A Complaint with (DFEH) against Fairway Ford my Ex Employer. January of 2009 Mrs, King Renew my lease Contract for another year immediately after that she was laid off By Mr Alex Winborn, also as a retaliation the Manager was fired for helping me (his first name was Kevin)
when my three Children were taking away from me by the CPS, i ask Archstone District Manager to move to one bed room apartment in the Complex they told me that i didn't qualify
I even went to Archstone Apartments 25550 River Bend Drive
Yorba Linda, CA 92887(714) 692-7711-692-7711 and Apply for an a one bed room because they offer low income unites on Mach and August of 2009
and also August of 2010 they turn me down. i file 2 Complaints with the DFEH. I was Discriminated against, retaliated against, Arrested and thrown in jail because the DFEH against Fairway ford. Please find out i need your help.
